Russellville Youth Baseball Association (RYBA) is an organization designed to build good citizens. It is a program of leadership and preparing today's youth to be tomorrow's leaders. At the local level, RYBA relies on a devoted legion of adult volunteers to help ensure that the organization remains structured and runs smoothly. Our local program is always looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support and coordinate events and activities.

No experience is required to become a volunteer. Most of the volunteer opportunities require little or no training. RYBA does however, require a background check and current board member approval. Each Team needs a "team mom or dad" to help the coach with print outs, making phone calls, volunteering or coordinating volunteers for working the snack bars, base coaching, picking up after games and so much more!  The more hands the better! Delegate and mix it up so that one person isn't doing all the work!  Please get involved if you can!
